PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Sealfloor 100 is a one-component protection based on thermoplastic acrylic resins dissolved in the solvent phase, non-yellowing, resistant to oil, dust and mould, extremely resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents. On cement-bound substrates, especially printed floors, it forms a glossy, transparent film that is extremely bonded to the substrate. Sealfloor 100 is also available in coloured versions. The resulting polymer film protects the substrate from numerous causes of decomposition, such as:
• Carbonization, prevents carbon dioxide from entering the cement matrix.
• Indeed, Sealfloor 100 is extremely resistant to stains, especially oils and greases.
• Of wear and abrasion.
• By fading the color, it prevents the washing effect of the rain.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: Sealfloor 100 is used as a protective treatment for embossed concrete floors and, due to its particular composition, is also suitable for the protection of:
• Parking place.
• Mechanical workshops.
• Acidified concrete surfaces.
• Architectural concrete (chromostone).
• Punched concrete
It is also suitable for protecting all Stone International decorative systems, such as:
• Dekotop spray.
• Deco top overlay. (Molded bottom with low thickness). • Raso décor.

APPLICATION: Sealfloor 100 is ready for use, the surfaces to be treated must be dry, clean, firm and free of uneven or oily parts that could hinder the adhesion of the product to the substrate. Sealfloor 100 is applied with a medium-haired roller in two layers, 12/24 hours apart, depending on the season. After applying the first layer, the surface will not be completely shiny, this is due to the high penetration of the resin that during this phase protects the supporter in depth, the second layer will remain more superficial and create an additional protection for the cement matrix, making the colors brighter and more vivid. After a few months, the original brilliance may be lost, but the concrete is equally protected.
After a few years of normal wear and tear of the resin, it is possible to take care of the printed floor, in this case it is enough to wash the surface thoroughly and, after drying for at least 24-48 hours, apply a single coat of Sealfloor 100. When applying the colored version, the product must be diluted between 10 and 20%, depending on the porosity of the concrete.
FIn the event that a closed and spiral surface needs to be treated, the porosity of the concrete must be opened by washing with water and hydrochloric acid in a ratio of 1:8. Then wait at least 24-48 hours before applying the finish, or sand the surface until a porous and permeable substrate is formed, as the sealfloor paint works by impregnating the substrate rather than simply filming.
With a Sealfloor 100 resin barrel, about 70 m2 is covered with 2 layers of the applied product. All RAL and NCS colours can be produced in the coloured version.
