Thermo-Plan load-bearing insulation fill under dry screed

Thermo-Plan is a water-repellent Europerl specially developed for dry screed substructures in old and new buildings. The basis is the mineral perlite,

which is expanded in our special process into a lightweight, pressure-resistant, moisture-resistant and dimensionally stable insulation material.

It is completely non-combustible and does not know the problem of „subsequent settlement“.

Thermo-Plan is very easy to work with: Simply tear open the bags weighing approx. 14 kg, pile them up with a 20% elevation,
and compacted with the thermal compression shoes by walking on them. Now a diffusion-open and load-distributing separation layer,
like our Thermo-A8+ panels and the dry screed (e.g. our Thermo-Gypsum elements) – DONE!

You get permanent height compensation, impact sound insulation and thermal insulation in one operation!
