BETONFIX – Adhesive primer

DESIGNATION:
BETONFIX is a one-component technical mortar consisting of carefully selected quartz sands, special sulphate-resistant cements, dispersing and liquefying additives, powder resins that improve workability and adhesion to the substrate.
It is used for:
– Adhesive mortar in construction joints
– Adhesive mortar for laying CHROMOSTONE® exposed stone floors on
Existing concrete
– Restoration of damaged industrial floors in combination with Polybond.
– Renovation of construction, shrink and expansion joints.
– Restoration of holes, cracks, traces for the passage of pipes or other services.
CHARACTERISTICS:
 High adhesion to cementitious substrates
 High surface hardness
 High tear resistance
 Free of chlorides, sulfates and carbonates.
APPLICATION:
Clean the cement substrate thoroughly and make sure it is compact and resistant; The surface must be free of oil, grease, dirt, mold, paint or other substances that prevent the adhesion of the product and appear rough and porous.
Before applying BETONFIX®, wet the surface without leaving water stagnation, if necessary spread the water with a broom.
Mix BETONFIX® with 6-7 litres of water and apply with a broom or brush with hard bristles.

YIELD: 15 m2 per bag.

IMPORTANT:
PARCELS
After applying BETONFIX, immediately apply the next layer of the mixture with CHROMOSTONE to prevent the BETONFIX from drying out. If the already applied BETONFIX has dried too quickly, cover a second coat of BETONFIX.

Store the product properly on wooden pallets in a dry place, in the original packaging it will keep for 6 months.
WARNINGS:
The product contains cement, so it is irritating but free of toxic substances. During work, it is mandatory to wear a dust mask and protective gloves.
